NAST concrete scale raised above ground level
The truck scale is characterized primarily by ease of installation. In addition, drive-on scales allow easy access to all scale components, such as strain gauge sensors. Their indispensable element are the ramps, which are adapted to individual needs and poured on site during the scale assembly. We also offer prefabricated ramps.
The height of a truck scale is usually from a dozen to several dozen centimeters above the ground level on which it is placed.
The measurement is made while driving over a specific surface on which the truck scale is mounted. Therefore, only vehicles that are to be weighed enter it. Thanks to this, the scales have a much longer service life, as no vehicles that are not subject to the weighing process move on them. In the case of ramp scales, ramps are an indispensable element; our company offers ramps in two variants:
- the ramps cast in place with concrete
- prefabricated ramps
As a manufacturer, we can make scales of any dimensions
