Weighing automation
We often come across this term when buying a washing machine. Although it is also a weighing solution, we are concerned with other automation. Specifically, it is about automating weighing processes.
These are mainly customised projects, although, of course, for simple processes we can use standard solutions that are functions of the meter or scale in question.
Automation of weighing processes is mainly carried out to reduce the role of man (or replace it altogether) when weighing a product.
The simplest solution is a single-product metering system using relay outputs and a starter system.
Single- or multi-product batching can also be further developed with appropriate programmes and visualisation of the processes implementing the recipes, loading or unloading of the silos.
Another example is the weighing of products in motion by conveyor belt scales or dynamic checkweighers (so-called checkweighers).
We also realise the automation of weighing processes on truck scales or platform scales.
