We provide a service in re-legalisation of scales for our customers (notification, hiring of verification standards and assistance with re-legalisation). Before being subjected to the legalisation procedure, each scale is carefully checked by our service, maintained and any shortcomings or faults are repaired.

NAST s.c. employees are authorised to carry out EC Conformity Assessments of non-automatic scales equipped with Dini Argeo meters. Scales undergoing the conformity assessment procedure are meticulously checked for metrology in accordance with the procedures described in the Dini Argeo quality system and the OIML organisation's WELMEC guidelines, and the scales must meet the requirements of the NAWI directive (now 2014/31/EU) and the PN-EN45501 standard.
According to the current regulations in Poland (Journal of Laws 2019, item 759), scales subjected to EC Conformity Assessment must be re-legalised on 01 December two years after the year in which the conformity assessment was carried out (e.g. Conformity Assessment carried out in 2021 is valid until 01.12.2023).
Re-legalisation is carried out by the District Measurement Office appropriate to the location of the scale.
